This nearly new house is located near Ephrata, and highways, yet secluded atop the Ephrata Mountain - surrounded by lots of huge trees. Lancaster and Reading are just 15 minutes away, offering thousands of things to see and do in your free time. Hershey and Strasburg are 30 minutes away.

With over 4400 sq. ft, you'll love having the spacious living room, dining room, and family rooms, and a well appointed gourmet kitchen w/ breakfast bar, 5 large bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths - 2 w/ whirlpool tubs, a huge screened porch and deck, garage, and big yards. Central heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans, and gas fireplaces in 4 rooms keep everyone comfortable. When the weather is nice, you can safely sleep with the windows open, enjoying fresh breezes, and wake to the sound of birds singing outside.

Cozy beds sleep 14, + a sofa bed in the living room. Add 2 more in the pool house w/bath. We can add folding beds, cots, etc. for children. If needed, we have 6 suites available at our Tree Top Bed & Breakfast next door. Both houses together can sleep up to 35 people.
