185-Room Doubletree Resort Now Open at Willow Valley in Lancaster County

Resort features re-designed rooms, indoor pool and water playground

Willow Valley Associates Inc. has converted its legendary Willow Valley Resort & Conference Center into two hotels, the Doubletree Resort Lancaster/Willow Valley, and Willow Valley Inn and Suites. The conversion was completed in early May 2010.

The Doubletree Resort Lancaster/Willow Valley, is part of a collection of upscale, full-service collection of hotels and resorts in more than 220 locations around the world and become the first, full-service Hilton Worldwide hotel in Pennsylvania Dutch Country. The entire project cost more than $7 million, and the hotel operates under a franchise license agreement with a subsidiary of Hilton Worldwide.

For our guests who prefer our traditional local brand, we will continue to offer the Willow Valley Inn and Suites. We believe our new Doubletree Resort product paired with Willow Valley Inn and Suites on the same campus will provide our guests the best of both worlds.”

The Hilton Worldwide relationship is not new to Willow Valley Associates. Currently, Willow Valley owns two Hilton Worldwide hotels in Harrisburg – a 105-room Homewood Suites and a 126-room Hilton Garden Inn. Members of the Hilton Honors guest reward program also will be able to Double Dip and earn both airline miles and hotel points for every qualifying stay at the Doubletree Resort Lancaster/Willow Valley.
